“THE PROCESS OF COLLABORATION”

Communication Learning Can Be Fun

I strive to make the speech and language therapy process fun and engaging for children.

I use creativity as a means for tapping into learning language and communication skills.

By incorporating a variety of media and sensory activities, a deeper understanding of communication is formed.

Evaluation

It all starts by learning about your child, identifying their unique strengths, and targeting specific needs.

Speech-language assessments are systematic evaluations conducted by speech-language pathologists (SLPs) to understand an individual's communication abilities and challenges. These assessments help in diagnosing speech, language, voice, fluency, and social communication disorders and in planning appropriate interventions.

Reporting & Support

Once treatment begins, you’ll receive reports on your child’s efforts and progress. Plus, support recommendations for the whole family to help achieve our shared goals.

Additionally, parents receive a monthly invoice with the appropriate evaluation and therapy codes, which can be submitted to their insurance company for reimbursement.

Please consult with your insurance company to see if your child’s policy covers speech and language services.

I really don’t move forward until they understand.”
